These terms apply to the OnePad Kids app (the “App”), made by Marluna Studio LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the App, you agree to them. You must be an adult and the parent or guardian of the children whose profiles you create.
License
The App is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple’s agreement conflict, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Free trial and subscriptions
- New subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial when the App Store offers one. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and Apple charges your account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the App Store until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The current period stays active until it ends.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the same features with no renewal.
- Payments, refunds and Family Sharing are handled by Apple under its terms. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If your plan ends, the App stops locking the iPad and stops counting time. Your profiles and history stay on the iPad.
What the App can and can’t do
The App uses Apple’s Screen Time frameworks to lock apps and count minutes. It works within the limits Apple sets:
- Some system apps, such as Phone and Settings, can’t be blocked.
- Counting depends on iOS. Minutes may be off slightly, and iOS may delay or skip events in rare cases.
- A determined child may find ways around any parental control, especially if the iPad uses a parent’s Apple Account.
The App helps you manage screen time. It doesn’t replace your supervision, and you remain responsible for your children’s use of the device.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App, and don’t use it to monitor anyone without the right to do so.

The App, its design and this website belong to Marluna Studio LLC. Apple, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. OnePad Kids isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date above, and significant changes will also be announced in the App. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the new terms.
